Refund Policy

Buy Ambient, and you have 14 days to decide it isn't for you — full refund, no hoops. After that, there's no proration and nothing to cancel for money back: your license is simply good for its full year, and the only lever is auto-renew, which you can switch off at any time and keep everything you paid for until the year ends.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, you get the full amount back, to your original payment method. The same window applies to each annual renewal charge, counted from the renewal date. Refunds are administered by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

No prorated or partial refunds. Your license remains fully active until its expiry date. This is the deal that keeps the pricing simple and annual-only.

You can turn off auto-renew at any time. Your license keeps working until its natural expiry, and you are not charged again. Only you can stop your renewal — we never cut a paid year short.

Email support@letsambient.com from the address you purchased with, including your Lemon Squeezy order number. That's all we need. We may ask what didn't work — answering is optional, but it genuinely helps us build.

Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you hold under local law, including the 14-day cooling-off right for consumers in the EU and UK.
